Committed and dedicated
I have worked for care 4 children for 3 years. The role requires dedication, commitment, flexibility and resilience. The company is committed to achieving the best outcomes for the young people they support. Training is excellent and staff are provided the skills and strategies to equip them to carry out their roles. Watching the young people grow and achieve is extremely rewarding. The role can be difficult at times hence needing a high level of resilience. I find the higher management supportive and dedicated.

Enjoyable company to work for
I have worked for C4C for around 2 years, In this time I have progressed from Deputy manager to registered manager with the help and support of all the managers, HR and head of services. I think C4C have so many opportunity's for all there employees, good pay rates, fantastic training opportunity's and a good support network. I have currently been enrolled on my level 5 diploma and have already completed a level 3 diploma with the help of C4C to progress in my career. Should you wish to have numerous career opportunity's, work with some amazing people and young people you should definitely consider a job with C4C.
