Collaborative atmosphere
I’ve worked with this company for just over a year and have been promoted recently and feel very supported. Fast paced day but relaxed too, if that makes sense. When something doesn’t go right, it’s a coaching and collaborative approach from above and definitely not punitive. The senior management group and owners are actually contactable and not just names on paper. Huge opportunities for progression at all levels.

Fast paced environment with lots of fun and laughter.
I have been working for the Care concern group for just over a year and a half after leaving a previous management role in the care sector. I was welcomed with open arms and shown a 'family like working environment' where everybody was close and able to go to one another for support, this would be the case across ALL departments. The most enjoyable part of the job for me is making my residents day, whether that be through 1-1 time, group exercises or simply reminiscing with them. The job is hard and comes with alot of responsibilities however you are supported by management and other senior members of staff across all floors, but it is all worth it when receiving lovely feedback from family members and members of the community. There are lots of activities on a weekly basis and these are uploaded onto the facebook page so that residents families far and wide can see their loved ones enjoying themselves.Care concern group go above and beyond to ensure that residents are given person centred care specially catered around individuals needs.
