For Health Advisor role - 3 year work/education history and contactable referees (line Managers/tutors) for each. Must include full contact details (email, address, telephone). Also a non-relative personal referee you have known for at least 3 years who meets their "person of good standing in the community" criteria (think passport application referees and it's those types). If you've been unemployed/out of training for past 3 years you'll need to provide 2 personal referees.
