Apply and attend an interview
For any of the 111 roles, go for informal visit first to get a feel of the place. If you get an interview, be prepared to sit an assessment on the same day just before you go in to face the interview panel - all about recognising emergency situations and symptoms of illnesses both in adults and children. If you don't pass the assessment, you'll get sent home without an interview, no chance to re-sit until after 6 months - quite harsh
Make sure you know loads about anatomy and physiology, how to recognise emergency conditions and how to treat them - and that's just for the training
They will probably be glad to have you ;)
