Depends on what hours you do. I work full time 45hours and get 263 hours leave per year. Holiday is good as you can pick holidays in advance and if you haven't used up a your hours throughout the year, they carry it over to the next year
It is horrible everybody is on holiday and so so understaffed...
I believe it worked out as about 5 weeks. As I stated maternity leave is 9 weeks and sick is 10 days.
