Very clichy environment where seniors are regularly trying to out do each other than support each other.So many management changes was difficult to gain any grounding. Constantly offered progression but they never delivered. Best thing I did was walking out.

Awful

Awful. Horrible place to work. Not good rate of pay for the job that we do. It hard work. Management not supportive. Activities are basically non existent.

They are very helpful and good and very understanding, if you need anything they always support you in that, in any way that they are able to do it, which is good about it.

Uncare uk

Should remame Uncare uk. Worked there for 3 1/2 years. Absolutely loved the residents. The Management was diabolical. Wouldn't even speak to alot of us. Run more like an institution than a Care home. Very toxic work environment.
