Great colleagues, chaotic hours
Great colleagues and relaxed pace of work, with good staff retention. However the shift patterns were chaotic - we always had early shifts immediately followed by late shifts, then early the next day, then late again and so on... this was very disruptive for sleep patterns and I never understood why it was done that way.Operations Manager in London, Greater London

Soul destroying
I can’t begin to describe how undervalued I felt Junior nurses with only 2 years or less clinical experience promoted to senior positions. Experienced nurses propping them up. Dangerous culture overall. Turnover of staff ridiculous Care Assistant in London, Greater London

It's not a place of work to enjoy
Management is very poor ,no repect, no trust , no level of appreciation,communication is very poor , no organisation and lots more. Their no uplifting and more over the paid is rubbish,rubbish ,rubbish!!!!.What would you say about your employer?
