Staff Nurse in Edinburgh

Good care staff but communication is shocking.Very, VERY poor communication between staff and management. No email address unless you are a manager or administration staff which makes emailing details for ward rounds more complicated than they need to be. Induction training is woefully short and the it systems are out dated and overcomplicated.
