If you do things the wrong way and quickly so you can sit down and do nothing for the rest of the night and dont actually work then this is the place for you. Also if you like being part of a click which i didn't then you are singled out and up for all sorts of horrible stuff that is done against you .

Residents make it worth wild, management don’t care

Lured in with all the benefits, a couple of months down the line you are left to fend for yourself.Management don’t care, just interested in numbers, a few serious issues brought up but nothing done.Your ok if your in with management or team leaders.One rule for one, one for another. Only good thing is they are flexible with hours.Over worked expected to do more than you should. Atmosphere and tension between staff.

Nice place to work.

Started march this year. Great people to work with. Great management, any problems you have they are happy to help you. Everyday is different. Meeting new residents, their families and getting to know them is lovely. A lovely home to work in.

Don’t do it!

Shift changes are constant you will owe hours most months due to early finishes so they will roster you more hours the following month. Annual leave is a lot less than the NHS and you will be left in charge which is not reflected in the salary. Very management heavy there have been 5 registered nurse leave in 15 months.
