Housekeeping Manager (Current Employee) - Sidcup - 2 May 2023

I love the care home and residents. Staff have come along way working through the Covid pandemic was tough. Not just for the staff but the residents also not being able to see their family and loved ones had a big impact on their well-being. Staff took on the role engaging more with residents to boost their morale. The staff pulled together as a team and management also helped. I would say it made us as a team at Smythlodge really show what team work is all about.

Brilliant company to work for although management are questionable who don’t work with you and make you feel irrelevant and not supportive of staff at all!!!! If your face fits!!!!

Productive And Pleasent

Housekeeping Supervisor (Current Employee) - Devizes Treatment Centre, Wiltshire - 28 June 2016

Start work at 1pm, clean until 9pm, that will include cleaning the whole of the surgery from Theatres to outpatients and recovery room. Very pleasant and approachable Management. Staff are very friendly and very professional. The most enjoyable part of my job would be working toward a very high standard of quality and audit scores. The hardest part of my job would be fitting extra work into my timeline and not having enough time to learn more.

The culture at work is inclusive with room to grow and develop. Management and colleagues are supportive. It’s a fun place to work and progress. Management are supportive and are open to listen to ideas.
