Hard working staff and nurses.

Residential Care Worker (Current Employee) - Manchester - 1 June 2023

This company manages to go through a great many new members of staff.It's £1000 bonus on completion of training policy projects prospects,The reality however leaves a lot to be desired, long hours , poor pay rates and a some what toxic culture.The ground floor staff and nurses however are hard working and embrace looking after the residents in there care.

Staff are too clicky, if your face doesn't fit then you don't fit.Overworked, no teamwork. Hard hours to work when you have a family.I loved working in care and did so for 3 years, after Woking here I lost my passion for the job.

Limited trajectory

Working in MSK service was good, but continued professional development didn’t encourage company support. Changes of practice were dictated in such a way that didn’t offer options. It became a pain centromeres service and all employees were pushed into this even after job descriptions were focused in a different manner.

Mandatory 12 h shift pattern, breaks not always honoured, double booking patients, low pay

Lovlely staff but overstretched

Friendly staff and lovely job but the pay isn’t worth the stress of the job and there isn’t much work life balance as you work 12 hour shifts back to back
