What is the best part of working at the company?There not big on well being for staffWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?I worked with a few Bullies at Cheadle What is the work environment and culture like at the company?I had good training however the environment outside was good What is a typical day like for you at the company?Love the residents Manager was not very good

They are ok , provides staffs with lunch, gives you a listen ear. Equipped you with trainings. Some staffs are supportive while some are awful, generally there are good staffs and team leaders .

All I can say is that if you do not enjoy working closely with people, have a passion for helping and caring for people do not attempt to work here. Because the job is demanding but can be very fun and exciting...You work with amazing staff and wonderful residents you can look forward to seeing everyday.
