Productive workforce
The care home offers training which makes it easier for new starters to adjust to the work schedules. The management is well organized and looks into the development of their employees

Care Assistant and Acitivites Coordinator in Manchester
on 27 August 2022
Toxic environment but satisfaction from helping residents
It’s a very toxic environment to work in however the few pleasures come from seeing the difference you make to people.Little resources so you constantly feel as though you’re not able to do your job properly
Senior Care Assistant in Croydon, Greater London
on 22 August 2022
Dreadful Senior Management
Company is too top heavy, they have no understanding of what actually happens in a care home and put pressure on the homes senior team which is passed onto the care team, through various audits and bashing from internal governance teams, very stressful, short staffed feel unappreciated and the pay does not meet cost of living, they also do not recognise anyone of ethnic origin or colour in there senior management team, its not all about profit thought it was fulling lives not your pocket.

They ask your experience. If you’re applying for kitchen or laundry they will ask if you are familiar with COSHH- control of substances hazardous to health. Youll be asked what hours you can work and if you’re flexible.
