Fulfilling Lives is the core purpose of Care UK. It is about delivering great care for the residents in our homes, and remembering that sometimes we can make a real difference by supporting their wider family through challenging times. It is also about making sure that we support each other to learn and grow so that we can all have fulfilling careers. We also have a core belief that helps us deliver fulfilling lives, that every one of us makes a difference. This is important for every single member of our team to remember, whether you are a housekeeper or hostess, carer or kitchen assistant, manager or maintenance person... we all have an important role to play in delivering fulfilling lives for residents, their families and each other. Key to all of this though is our three values: caring, passionate and teamwork. These values are important right across Care UK, from helping us think about the type of people we invite to join our teams to the way that we approach our work.
