Great job
Nice place to work but staff can be horrible at times but I was there to look after my residents and care for them how they should be care for and looked after .
111 Health Advisor in Ipswich, Suffolk
on 6 June 2022
Mentally Draining
Worked for 111 ran by Care UK, the job is mentally draining and management just do not care all they want is the call time of talk time to be low. No care for your mental health after dealing with a difficult CPR call or mental health suicidal call. Management often sit talking and having a laugh while health advisors sit chained to the phone with no support.

Everyday is different, staff friendly and manager very supportive and lnteractive.
Training was very thorough and suited to the role. Everyday is different and enjoyable. Staff are friendly and work hard, cannot fault how they care and involve the residents, the activities on offer are totally amazing for them. Management team are supportive and never hesitated to listen.

Delicate nature of the roles require patience and honesty, sense of humour and focused mind.End of the day, an appreciation is one of the best rewards.
Trainer/Health Advisor NHS 111 in Ipswich
on 18 October 2018
Productive and fun workplace.
good standard of work ethic amongst good hard working people. the hard parts of the job are dealing with high volumes of calls without a minutes rest, this can be detrimental to patients calling in.
