Absolutely awful, staff aren't cared about and the whole management team are a group of friends who only care about themselves. I have never had a job where the staff are neglected as much as this place. I would genuinely rather be unemployed then have to deal with those people again.

Pay is awful for what we have to do

We simply do not get paid enough for the things we have to do and get no recognition for anything we do. Staff here are dispensable and we are just numbers. Some staff are punished for calling in sick and when they return will be put on a difficult unit. The culture here can be awful. Allot of staff are too scared to asked the manager anything
