good communicational skills for all ranges of ages including children and this job made me very considerate at my job. I really loved the kid I was looking after and by building a relationship with her it made my job very much more enjoyable.

it's just hard to find jobs, even though you make your own schedule you're dependant on the clients to find things that fit your schedule and then half the time you apply and never hear from people

I have been with them for over a year. The company itself is slow. They are not thinking fast enough to expand the network and be much better presentable. The website is flash based horrible to use. Some hidden T&C's that they won't mention at all. I won't recommend to anyone.

good way to get jobs

i would again go through care.com just about finding a good family fit for you .... some familes are really lookiong for more than a nanny.. they need a homemaker to clean up after them and dont like to disclose that at first
