Absolutely horrendous

I used to think it was a good company it is absolutely shocking they don’t care about the staff only care about the money they guilt trip you into doing cover shift stay far away

Carefound Home Care is by far the best company I have ever worked for. Management are always available and more than happy to assist with any issues or queries I have. The whole team is very caring and work amazingly together. Communication between colleagues and management has always been wonderful. Every single member of staff is friendly and welcoming. I am given hours that suit my availability, while still ensuring I have enough each week. I have had nothing but positive feedback from our lovely clients so can assure you we are doing something right as a company. Would 1000% recommend working for Carefound Home Care!

Hostile environment even though they preach otherwise

Very stressful and challenging for reasons that shouldn't be part of the job. The personal and emotional toll that's put on employees is disturbing. Nothing is ever their fault so if there's a problem it must be you right? You better strong in your mind or it will break you down with this company. They don't usually have enough staff to cover jobs and push the staff they have to cover the gaps. It's unfair and the drama aspect is ridiculous.

It's a job. When you're needed they are nice

Learn as you go alone

Needless to say the job is very rewarding, you do learn a lot as you go alone, at times mentally and emotionaly challenging, very happy with office staff and work colleagues.

Carefound is a really friendly supportive company to work for, like minded colleagues, amazing clients, no two visits are the same, and a minimum visit time of an hour, so enough time to complete tasks and spend quality time with your client.The most enjoyable part of my job has got to be knowing that I am making a difference to someones day, and supporting them to stay in their own home.

Amazing company to work for!

Always have management on hand to advise and to help out if struggling, you never feel on your own. Everything is organised and communicated well between staff - meaning a healthier working environment. Everyone I’ve met whilst at Carefound has been beyond welcoming and kind which is always nice.

Fantastic company to work for!

The staff are so friendly and welcoming and I have been made to feel part of this lovely team from day one! I receive constant support and communication from senior/management staff to check I am happy in my role. The company really does show genuine compassion for our clients aswell as supporting the staff to make sure they are just as happy!

In 49 years of working in the care sector, I can honestly say Care Found is one of the very best companies to work for. Management is approachable, supportive, knowledgeable, and professional. The training is 1st class. It's in-depth, interesting, and challenging, so worth it.The interview was relaxed, formal, and informal a real sense of encouragement and the managers wanting the best out of you. I have never experienced a company give weekly support to staff like Care Found. It is exceptional because it's about the staff member and a real genuine interest in your welfare. The support I have recently received is something I will never forget..amazing. I have felt I am a valued member of staff.Colleagues are friendly, supportive, and have a real sense of teamwork.The most enjoyable part is assisting clients to continue to live at home and lead a meaningful life. To hear about their families and childhood memories is a true gift. I have learned so much about everything from cooking, gardening, eras of the '30s '40s '50s, etc fashion, work, war, and so much more. Add in a few belly laughs and a few tears along the way it's real life.I feel blessed to have had a positive experience with the client's family and extended family members. Throughout Covid, we have been fully supported and full PPE provided from day 1. Regular face time meetings, giving us opportunities to see other colleagues and managers from Yorkshire and Cheshire offices, chat, laugh, and share work-related questions and anything else you want to talk about.I highly recommend Care Found to anyone -

This is the 2nd care company I've worked for and most certainly are the best, if you want to deliver outstanding care in a person centre way this is the company for you, the training is really good, the management are supportive. The clients are wonderful. I changed my career completely to do this job and its the best decision I ever made.

Thorough training with great supportive management

It is a great company to work for and they have a fantastic person-centered approach to all their care packages.The in house training provided is thorough and the management team are really supportive. There are flexible hours to suit along with paid travel and competitive rates of pay.

3 months until employment

Their training is good but from job offer to beginning work takes 3 months. I had a sort of breakdown after 3 months of working due to losing my home, not helped by unpleasant working conditions and was then told i was unsuitable for the work despite being told prior to the breakdown i was doing a great job ( which i was) and that Carefound's priority was the client.

An absolutely fantastic company to work for, the office are very supportive and understanding, I can’t recommend this company enough. I struggled with being away from home at the start but they office were so understanding about everything and even allowed me to go home earlier than was scheduled which I really appreciated, I’m now thoroughly enjoying my job.
