Awful, office and owner of company were very rude.

Loved caring for the service users. Everything else was a nightmare

I hope the company can learn from its mistakes and grow into a better more person centred agency. It certainly needs too!

The work culture at this company is adequate for my needs.

Work environment is good on the whole but can be stressful at times. Team effort is always apparent & I get on well with all members.

Brilliant, management are supportive with everything and are very understanding. The team are more like friends than colleagues and I have made friends for life in them. We all get on and have a laugh every day.

I believe the future of caremark will be a continuation of the growth & good reputation it is currently experiencing .
