So yourself a massive favour and avoid this place like the plague. 17 hour "split" shifts are not uncommon, with a 6am start the following morning. Bullying is common, empty promises of progression and change for the better that never happen, incompetent management who can barely manage to put a tie on straight let alone run a hotel and restaurants. Staff are poorly treated, no and get no praise for doing well, but boy will they let you know you've messed up. Just don't do it to yourself unless crying in a linen cupboard is your idea of a great workplace- and no, I was not the only one to do this, it was a daily occurrence.

Pros

You'll make friends for life as, it's true what they say, misery loves company!

Cons

Literally everything. Understaffed, underpaid, poorly treated, bullying and guilting tactics. They literally tell staff you're replaceable.
