Answered 7 February 2019Absolutely nothing of value! The vehicle finance rates offered to staff are calculated exactly the same as their customers. There are no monetary benefits of being an employee. They do however pride themselves excessively on proving staff with free fruit and coffee... amazing! They also charge you for parking.
