Dont work for themDont work for them if you are desperate. The office staff are clicky and no emotions of how you are feeling. They change your calls all of the time. They don't update the care plans. You never have the same clients more than 3 times. Some of the carers are lovely. The manager she needs to go out and do care to see what us carers do.
