They don’t value their staff enough to pay sick leave and they wonder why people are still working with COVID!!!.

I think that since covid 19. we have all had to boast our knowledge of technology. I never used previously zoom. Facebook. Twitter. WhatsApp. Truecaller. I should be in paid work. but have not started yet.

I would imagine that employees in the care industry need to be fairly flexible , being a former self employed plumbing and heating engineer most of my working and having now had quite some time in property management i can appreciate the everchanging day even if well planned in advance , how i dealt with a normal working day or a crisis tells me how well I'm doing and looking at my customer feedback and how much of my work over the years from personal recommendations from my customer base with repeat business confirms my belief that I'm doing it correct .

They make job properly the hours they are not set all the time but we follow the ruta it was super
