Answered 4 October 2020I would imagine that employees in the care industry need to be fairly flexible , being a former self employed plumbing and heating engineer most of my working and having now had quite some time in property management i can appreciate the everchanging day even if well planned in advance , how i dealt with a normal working day or a crisis tells me how well I'm doing and looking at my customer feedback and how much of my work over the years from personal recommendations from my customer base with repeat business confirms my belief that I'm doing it correct .
