Extremely busy but staff are lovely

Everyday is busy day, but I learned to cope with the stress and busyness and just do my best as much as I can. Management is supportive to staff but also can improve in listening and understanding staff concerns especially regarding daily tasks. Very diverse culture which is good. Hardest part of the job is completing tasks as there is just really too much to do in a 12-hour shift. Enjoyable part is having a good teamwork at the end of the day.

Nice place to work.

I have worked here for 6 years , I have found it to be pleasant and I love working with the people who live here. Staff team are improving as new staff are coming in, the service has struggled to recruit in the past, but that is now changing.
