Working hours vary from part time positions to full time positions - most clubs are open every day from around 11.00am to 10.30pm. We work on a split shift basis, i.e. a full day shift could look like 11.00am - 3.30pm then 6.00pm - 10.30pm. Clubs operate on a flexi-rota system with shifts given 3 weeks in advance

We pride ourselves on delivering great experiences for those who visit our clubs - to do this we need great staff on site to provide excellent customer service.

Young people do not stay as will phone in sick after having a night out and don’t have the proper work ethic for this kind of job as this is not a great “first job”

Be able to talk about your own customer service and cash handling experiences. Show a willingness to learn and develop, the company spend a lot of money training employees so will look for employees they can invest in.

Answered 29 July 2019Make the bingo more modern. Spend the money to make more. Stop implementing stupid procedures and give the staff more benefits and holiday as nothing isn’t enough in most jobs, never mind one as consuming as this.
