Hugely Dissapointing Experience....
I was happy and excited to secure a role as a home based Personal Cruise Consultant working in the P & O call centre.  But my experience was very disappointing..... There is a knowledge base you can access, and altho...

Great company but slightly behind with systems
The people really are lovely but they live in a bubble which means they do not make a lot of advanced changes or consult the people who do the job before they make the change. The admin is insane, so many processes could be automated if they got the right systems.

Fun place to work
Salary substantially lower then the market and not a lot of room for progression so had to move on; which is a shame as the people to work with at carnival are great and I really enjoyed my time working there. It is very fast paced and a lot of pressure, so it was the right environment for me but not perhaps for others who do not enjoy this!
