As with anywhere, individual managers can be unproffessional but mosly ok Good work culture, company wide Christmas and summer parties could do with flexi time

Can you jump in please?

Micromanagement Filth. RTA should be simple but you are targeted on every little thing. Even timed on toilet breaks! Just look at the reviews of the company.

Pros

Finishing a shift

Cons

Starting a shift

Rubbish place to work

The hours are terrible and you always end up working over your shift time and then you have to take the time back when you are told, not when you would prefer and you can only have you time owed back if you are on an early shift. Also if you are a full time employee, you are unable to take holidays on weekends at all and also unable to take holidays through the week unless you are on an early shift. You are also not appreciated for what you do.

A welcoming environment with a comprehensive training structure

A fantastic place to work in the beginning stages of a legal career with many opportunities to grow. The pay and benefits are competitive and the training is incredibly intuitive and easy to grasp in all areas of work.

It's a job

It's a job at the end of the day. Dependant on where you work depends on your working life. Training is very harsh but once that is done, you are fine and can get on with it. It is phone work and a thorough knowledge of RTA claims are a necessity.

Challenging but rewarding

If you are looking for a role that offers the same routine every day, where you are not challenged and you can sit doing nothing all day - this isn't the job for you! Managers are 'moving along' those people who can't keep up - who I would rather not work with anyway - hence there may be some negative reviews about. I find the work challenging and fast paced. It is never boring and if you work hard you are rewarded. There are lots of opportunities to apply for different roles. There are lots of things going on to improve training and things. Free fruit on Mondays, lots of charity events, free parties. Also, free life insurance, flexitime, Medicash Health benefit, pension - not sure what more you would want really!

Pros

Good benefits, lots of changes, challenging, good opportunities

Cons

Can be hard work, office space, staff facilities

If you love cliques this job is for you

You will not progress in this company unless your face fits. People have been pushed out by bullying and scare tactics for years. Management are very judgemental and will talk about you behind your back and give you cruel nicknames. I was lucky to progress as a new department opened with outsoursed management. The medics benefits are great, as is the flexitime. Although they are starting to take away peoples flexitime throughout the company.

Pros

city centre location, flexi time

Cons

Management and progression

average workplace with very limited assistance, they provide you with a tunnell tag for assistance getting through the tunnell to work but there are no other perks present.

Pros

free tunnell tag

Cons

long hours

Hardworking and challenging

A challenging and hard working environment. A lot of pressure but good support system and management. A good source of work and latest technology to deal with caseload.

Pros

Good management and job security

Cons
