Store Manager in Exeter, Devon

No training no support
Probably joined at the wrong time due to lockdown and new computer systems but was seriously let down by regional management and head office a truly thankless job
Carpet Fitter in Guiseley, West Yorkshire

Not organised
Don't have enough people in the store mangers are never on your side the people in the shop aren't trained well enough on fitting matters and they are very bias
Sales Assistant in Swansea

Poor pay and no support
Poor pay and little support. Constant stock issues and very stressful. Not to mention always understaffed. This is not a minimum wage job yet everyone relies on a “top up” to achieve minimum wage. It’s a shame, it has potential to be a good place to work.
Customer Service Advisor in Bristol
on 3 May 2023
Boring and depressing
Stuck by yourself with little to no help, management is RUBBISH handing over all the problems but taking all the praises, the job was basically to call people and give them bad news so if you want to be shouted at constantly the job is for you !!
Customer Advisor in london

Hired as one role made to work multiple
They will hire you for one role but expect you to cover multiple positions due to trying to save money and not hiring enough employees. Expect to do additional admin work, and warehouse work, and don't forget the awful new commission structure.
