Warehouse Operative in London, Greater London
on 25 August 2023
Good
Good place to work management can be very demanding but the job needs to be completed, always loads of work to do you will never be sat around all round good teams
Management in South
on 22 May 2023
Uninspiring, boring and very clicky
Such a slow paced business with senior leaders that have been in role for far too long. A history of over promoting reasonable sales people to management levels - Lost most of their team to Tapi Carpets and Carpetright spend far to much time fussing over it
Self employed floor layer in Ipswich
on 2 April 2023
Poorly managed and misleading information 24/7
So many lies and misleading information, the floor fitter gets put into a bad situation on most jobs. They won't give access to the fitting diary so you're always in the dark not knowing what you're going to be fitting from one day to the next. You have to supply any and all materials other than the floor covering and door trims (which most of the time are wrong). So that's screed, ply, adhesives...
Manager in Scotland

Changed days, All down hill
So many long service staff and management have left, managers wages changed and despite an attempt to resell it as wonderful new package, 90% drop around 10-12k. and 7 days holidays.
Deputy Manager in Barnstaple, Devon
on 9 August 2022
Better than I expected
I took this job for what I thought was going to be a short term solution before moving on to something else.. after nearly a year here I actually love my job. It can be stressful at times with warehouse issues and the occasional fitting issue but overall working with my team (very small team) I actually really enjoy it.
