19 questions about working at Castleview Group

  • My experience and a common one amongst the 10 people I met on the course was as follows. The interviewer leads you to believe there is an abundance of positions in a well known reputable company. No mention of agencies just the the big name. All interaction suggests you have been successful in you interview and that after some training was completed you would attend an " INDUCTION " and shifts would be organised there after. My advice would be not to be to won over by all the positivity and be more aware of whats not being said and ask those questions. If they seem evasive alarm bells should ring and demand some transparency and direct answers.

  • Because the interviewers are given targets to put bums on seats in the training rooms. Its their access to the funded cash available to help people from unemployment into work. This is their main business and placement in employment is less than secondary to them. Is it not the case that all paperwork and all signatures to guarantee the funding were completed on the first day. That was my experience, in fact every day all paperwork was signed before any work was completed. Its all about the money!!! For them that is.
