We are in tune with the changing demands of the fast-paced M&E market, and our established team have decades of experience in placing talented workers of all levels.
Construction & Engineering: Our team specialise in the recruitment of permanent and temporary construction professionals across the UK. We partner with the UK’s leading construction contractors providing personnel to pre and post construction project teams through to executive board level applicants.
Executive Search: Our Executive Search Division consists of long standing and respected Head-hunters within the construction industry. We take our time to place leaders who authentically match our clients, their values, and their vision, and provide strategic support and partnership every step of the way.
Rail: We supply permanent and contract white-collar engineering personnel across a wide range of disciplines from civil and structural engineering, to permanent way, tunnelling and geotechnical, and our outstanding service and no-nonsense approach is always focused on long-term results.
Housing: We are one of the UK’s largest residential recruitment suppliers, and the sole supplier to several blue-chip house builders, specialising in both private and social housing, we always deliver a bespoke service to ensure every housing project is completed t the highest standard, on time and on budget.
Civils & Infrastructure: We provide skilled white and blue collar workers to complete major UK-wide infrastructure and civil engineering projects that keep the nation moving. Working with clients specialising in rail, roads, highways, water, industrial, distribution, tunnelling and more, we draw on our vast experience of the whole civils market to match the right candidates with the right roles.

The Caval Foundation
We set up The Caval Foundation in early 2021, as a way to support and give back to the local communities we operate in. Helping others is something we are passionate about at Caval, and our Foundation supports 8 charities in total, which have all been handpicked by our team. We provide regular financial donations to each of the charities, which we raise through a combination of fundraising initiatives, a company-wide salary sacrifice scheme and a percentage of our company profits. The 8 nominated charities are:
Leeds Women’s Aid is an independent charity, formed in 1972, providing series to women and children affected by Domestic Violence & Abuse.
Abbies Fund raises money to provide memory boxes for the Maternity Unit at Hull Royal Infirmary’s Women and Children’s Hospital, to give to parents who have also lost babies.
Barnabus is a Christian Homeless Charity, providing a lifeline to the homeless in Manchester for over 25 years.
Martin House provides hospice care for children and young people across West, North and East Yorkshire. It provides family-led care to children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses, either at the hospice or in families’ own homes.
St George’s Crypt are a charity from Leeds who offer care, compassion and hope to the homeless , the vulnerable and those suffering from substance dependence. 365 days a year.
Candlelighters support families facing children’s cancer in Yorkshire. Getting involved in all sorts of different projects to help ordinary families who are facing extraordinary circumstances.
Pankhurst Trust brings together Manchester Women’s aid and the Pankhurst Centre, working together to ensure the powerful story of the women who won the vote continues to inspire us all to challenge gender inequality, and to ensure that those suffering from domestic violence and abuse get the confidential help they need.
Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity fundraise to ensure that every baby, child and young person treated at Scotland’s largest children’s hospital receives the extra special care they deserve.
