Soon as a project is finished after you have worked hard and had positive feedback the agents seem to forget about you unless you keep ringing up about specific roles! No issue with payments and the management is excellent.

Worst place to work for. They don’t take care of staff and they don’t look after employees. Management in Leeds office is horrible on the trades and labour division .

Staff are terrible wage slips don't add up really not agency to work for beware profit only based company little interst in employees only employers do they have interest to make profits and personal bonuses

They advised & promised me 8 weeks work which transpired into 3 shifts Then for a final kick in the teeth you have to wait 3 weeks for your money because the staff aren't capable in processing your details to the payroll company Caval simply use people to fill gaps but they carnt see past their nose as you don't go back...! Simple message to Caval "treat people how you would expect to be treated"
