Worked for caval on and off now for 4yrs. Good all round people that are helpful when needed. Wages need to rise in line with other companies but the work is always there.

I worked just under a year as a construction site cleaner its hard and enjoyable work and keeps you very busy.Wages were ok and I had my holiday pay in with my wages which has been helpful. Always when ive had a problem theyve have been great for when ive needed time off.

Pros

Can have short breaks collegues great and site managers were brilliant.

Cons

Very loud and dusty on site

Brilliant place to work

Loads of fun this place. Pays well and on time. Relaxed atmosphere. Your hard work is appreciated. Flexible about holidays. Would definitely work for Caval again.
