Good people with hard work and professional comittment. A large mix of engineering professional and construction management based in same office provided easier communications and day to day queries to be resolved or escalated
Pros
Flexibility on working arrangements
Cons
Office space
Good place to work if you are someone who values their own ability and wants to contribute. If you are just there for the money - don't bother you'll be found out quite quickly.
Quite a high turnover of personnel as their expectations are high and they expect you to work and achieve.
Plenty of program tracking and giving up of lunch-times, etc. but all the more enjoyable for it.
People tend to be helpful but you will need to make the first move in seeking out information.
Goof working conditions, clean, tidy, safety culture, good air conditioning.
Great Place to work, all great people. day to day tasks slow paced and laborious as its the nuclear industry. 14 toilet cubicles between around 400 males when there is a global pandemic (Not ideal)!
Work filled days supporting engineers and managers fulfil client requirements. Lots of interesting work involved.
Work consisted of reception and administrator duties - never a dull moment meeting lots of colleagues from other sites throughout the week.
involved in lots of different projects.
Learned lots of technical work and was fortunate enough to be involved on site work and bid work, which allowed me travel around a lot and develop my management skills.
Hardest part of the job was that projects were very sensitive to government legislation and customer budget restraints; projects would often be put on hold for months and engineers could be left on stand by.
Pros
free lunch and flexi
Cons
low progression rate of staff - and high attrition
An excellent company to work for. A broad range of challenging projects with a good management structure. Safety is key, and taken very seriously at the company.
I look after the company Environmental Management System and general environmental compliance across the business. The post involves travel to all sites located in England and Scotland.

It's a good place to work with good support and opportunities, as well as interesting work. Only hindered by being part of a massive corporation and a slightly lethargic industry.
Excellent feel to the place, people were friendly and allowed for good conversation. Lots of knowledge within their four walls to be shared giving everyday at work the feel of being in a safe environment.
An OK place to work for the day to day but advancement is limited it seems.
Offers good benefits such as flexi working and modern office facilities.
Like most places parking can be an issue
