Unpleasant workplace

There was a dated culture in this business, particularly in the office that I worked. A very toxic environment with some difficult people to work with.

It's a good place to work with good support and opportunities, as well as interesting work. Only hindered by being part of a massive corporation and a slightly lethargic industry.

Good firm to work for as long as your a manager or a under manager

We never had a typical day at work, the job was varied and the only thing that was typical was the first hour and half, when we cleaned the toilets and meeting rooms that were not in use. What I learned was not to trust our then manager he was not as good as his CV, as a team we had a good team it was small but efficient, the hardest part of the job was when we had a problem such as a room flooding and I made a suggestion on how to solve the problem and this was based on my Experience from past roles, and the management then months later put in a contract to do the work , which we could have done cheaper.The most enjoyable part was when we were doing work that was out of the normal type of work and as a team were smashing it.

Good pay, Awful environment

Full of miserable people. Very difficult to progress. No support or encouragement. Management is very poor. Will get absolutely no thanks for hard work. If you want a slow job with good pay then go for it but if you want job satisfaction don't bother
