Lots of lip service
Supervisor (Current Employee) - Heathrow - 12 October 2020
Local management very good and very supportive but the wider senior team are full of useless ideas without actually supporting the wider team. No money is spent of product training and everything is supposed to be learnt in house from others. Poor conditions, zero benefits and mediocre pay.
Cons
No product training, senior management.

Good ethics procedures but not always followed
HSE Coordinator (Current Employee) - Newcastle upon Tyne - 18 January 2023
Depending on the account/ client that you are working for, the company can be very different. Also values and procedures can be followed in one account but not all of them. A lot of concentration on their London offices rather than the rest of the UK
Pros
Good training
Cons
Values not followed
