You are basically left to your own devices. Your job is your job and you are expected to do that job to the best of your ability other than that you manage your own time and prioritise your workload. Management are supportive and issues are resolved quickly. Pay is excellent considering the simplicity of the work and provided that you are honest about your experience, you won't be given any work that you can't do.

Guys out on the road are great but management are terrible. Penny pinching and petty. The only decent people in the office are the help desk and job allocators.

Ok when MD’s aren’t there

Ok place to work when MD’s aren’t there. Management do give you a false impression of what they are like. No development there whatsoever ( if your face fits then maybe) Constantly told you’re not allowed a conversation for no longer than two minutes and can’t ask each other how you are.

very fast paced , management lack training you properly and then will instantly dismiss you without any warning if you make a mistakes .They give you a false impression of what the managment are like do not be fooled

great atmosphere if the MD's aren't there

amazing place to work with amazing people. some who I've continued to be friends with. the management staff can be bullies and make you feel like even when you're going above and beyond...youre still not doing enough. overall...its a decent place to work, but no career progression
