I joined this company after being furloughed and it worked out alright for me. The campaign was a bit of a challenge but I got the hang of it. My manager was lovely. Overall a good job.

Avoid if you value your mental health and correct pay

Seriously avoid here. You will be lied to at interview about what work you will be doing. This job is objectively cold calling (Sheffield) no 'warm leads' You will be late paid. And it will take ages to resolve. You will have to pay ÂŁ250 if you leave before 6 months to pay back the cost of your training. Targets arent unrealistic, but they aren't exactly wholly acheivable either. Management have a very close knit circle and culture and any upset to that status quo will result in you being called toxic/ bad for buisness.

In all honesty, CC33 values its staff members and appreciates their effort, especially in recent times. If you're willing to learn and put the graft in, then you'll be rewarded appropriately through incentives (cash or gift) and progress up the career ladder. This is a place where you can be yourself and not have to put on a persona associated with most sales roles. You can off thrive off your own skill and personality. The role can be busy and there is certain aspects that may seem jarring if unfamiliar with the subject of your campaign (like I was), but your management team is regularly checking in on you, helping you progress and offering constructive feedback.

Worst of all the call centres I’ve worked for in sheffield

It felt like from the 1st day of training to the last second I spent at CC33 there was always something going wrong.A week into training and management couldn’t tell us what our job was actually going to be. Management seemed to have 5 meeting s a day about commission and how amazingly it was going to be. (I was there for 2 months and they still hadn’t decided what we were supposed to be selling to make any commission)The office had numerous Covid outbreaks in which management repeatedly gave advice against guidelines.At the point I left management we’re giving special positions out to staff members with the Perooz event of delegating their own responsibilities our fuelled with empty promises of promotions.

Worst company ever

Just a number management don’t care Only like you if you hit targets even then they want more Deduct 25% of bonus every month just in case you have cancellations Never let you take holiday days

Awful place

Show nothing but disrespect to staff. Poor training by the company they are employed by, then complain at you for not following their process but only send the processes out via email which they do not allow you to read during work time but expect you to read them when not working.

Perfect if you have sales experience

As a former employee i don't have a bad word to say about the company or management, including senior management; they're all very down to earth up for a good laugh as long as you're working. I was on the outbound team and this was my first sale's role. In hindsight it would of been more advantageous to have sale's experience but my team leader and team manager were very accommodating for this and did their best to help improve my sales skills. My only gripe about the role is that the calling list could do with being a bit more accurate so you're not calling people who have recontracted recently etc but all the coaches and management want their advisors to succeed and if advisors want to progress within the company you will be encouraged and supported in that.

An hours break in total that you divide up yourself and take when you want it, competitions tor staff to win TV's etc, Management very approachable and down to earth

No 2 days are the same loving working there

Fast paced great atmosphere with lots of fun management including directors of the company are all approachable and open to talk to they actively listen to your ideas and implement them where possible. Everyone talks and gets on with each other supporting each other targets are realistic and achievable covid rules are in place and stuck too.

Unlike any other call centre

I've worked here for over a year and a half and I would recommend it to anyone. There are always really good incentives, the management is really understanding, get coaching when you need it and praise when you are doing well. I've worked in a lot of call centres and I can say by far that this is the best one.

Productive and fun place to work

Busy environment, no two days are the same. Fast paced and fun objectives. Lively call floors and mamangment are easy to approach. Location is great plenty around to grab and go!

Interesting

I had a group intervjew for this role and it was weird over a video call but it was fun. The office is really nice and the trainers are good people seem very friendly and can ask questions.

Stay clear of working for this company, full of false promises about potential earnings, management leave a lot to be desired and have zero compassion/respect for the staff, one rule for one and another for others, favouritism as clear as the day is long, never paid correctly and takes for ever to resolve, the only good thing to come out of this place is the friends you make along the way

Worked here over 2 years. Made great mates, friday night pub always a highlight. Hours can long and days can be really busy.Sales driven, made good bonus, overall would recommend but need more variety in roles.

Competitive

I really enjoyed my time at CC33, it is very fast paced and you do have to work for sales and bonus, but it’s definitely achievable. I came to cc after doing retail and bar work and found the people to be great. It can be pressurised but it makes you work a bit harder. Lots of competition for sales.

Fun Workplace

I have just started at CC33 and so far it’s a great place to work! Training was thorough and I feel confident in my role. Very fast paced and competitive but makes me more eager to push for bonus
