HGV Driver (Former Employee) - Coalville - 3 August 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedDrops are repetitive, there’s a lot of waiting around for a load ie 4 or 5 hours, very strict on starting times, they will call you if your tacho card is not in after 1 minute starting time

Would never do it again for even double money
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Huntington - 13 August 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Nothing it’s below minimum wage and you’re treated poorly What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Them giving you standards for you’re van ect , yet reporting faults engine faults bodywork ect and it never being sorted so having to drive like it unless you breakdown them loosing money for that when it’s not you’re fault , What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Terrible non existent just a company made to make as much money from you as possible sounds great but when you work out what you’re actually taking home it’s below minimum wage so is basically illegal What is a typical day like for you at the company? Stressed busy treated unfairly

Terrible company
Delivery Driver (Current Employee) - Doncaster - 31 May 2023
Do not work for this complete shower of a company. If I could give zero scores I would. Unless you are prepared to work every hour a day or your 1 of the managers favorites, then you will get bad routes. If you complain your basicaly told to close the door on your way out. 1 day the company is begging for drivers, the day after your told you are having the day off, as not enough work
Pros
Decent team mates
Cons
Awfull

Managment are useless
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Severn Beach, Gloucestershire - 12 January 2023
Where do I start. From the fact they withhold wages Don’t reimburse fuel after van goes back with more in it , Managment are absolute useless & ignore you any time you have a issue , Push you out when you open your mouth against issues Head office don’t seem to care Managment tell you to your face that “ you’re just a number & they don’t give a **** if you leave “ they’ll just recruit Always begging for help for pittance money. Not to mention you work 2 days to use 1 days wages in fuel.
Pros
None
Cons
Managment, head office, pay, work/home life

Health risk
Picker/Packer and hygiene and more on top. (Former Employee) - AGP - 14 July 2022
The worst agency I've tried by far. Companies I was sent to care very little about health and safety, food contamination is guaranteed with the way product is treated. Transport doesn't seem to be guaranteed either.

Worst company I’ve worked for
Driver (Former Employee) - Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire - 11 June 2022
Very unprofessional and it’s a lot of work they expect you to drive 1 hour away with still 170-180 stops with 260 parcels Lead driver didn’t have a clue how to run the business and other drivers just not nice people I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here

Fast paced
Amazon delivery driver (Current Employee) - Derby - 26 May 2022
Good place to work, salary could be better. Self employed positions so no contract as such but you still have to sign something. Van rental is on the High side

Hard work
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) - Gateshead, Tyne and Wear - 19 May 2022
Had the luck of the draw with a decent manager rest of them don’t care just want you to meet targets that aren’t achievable 150+ plus drops a day with 200+ parcels van overflowing can work around.

Usual company taking advantage of people under the guise of being self employed.
Amazon delivery driver (Former Employee) - Droitwich - 13 February 2022
Long hours, high expenses, no job security. Easily disposed of. Unrealistic expectation of its drivers. No breaks, overloaded vans, having to pre in bottles. Very high rental costs for vans and outrageous expenses for repairs( over four times the cost of private repair quote). Their intention to make money from you in anyway possible. The actual jobs quite enjoyable though.

No respect, threat you like a rubbish.
HGV Class 1 Driver (Former Employee) - Coalville - 14 December 2021
Guy's stay away, not worth it. Good shifts if you kiss managers a**, otherwise pump you to the limit. Some drivers work short double pay shifts, some loooong single one. If you have good licking skills you're be abble to work Saturday and Sunday as well. If you don't respect yourself please apply.
Cons
Long hours

Absolute rip off
Driver (Former Employee) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire - 9 November 2021
The company don't stick to there own contract and try ripping you off when you leave by adding charges to invoices that are totally wrong. Then hold onto your money for fines/van damage even though it says in there contract they only can hold £500 for 28 days. 80% for damage and 20% for fines.. lads that work there are sound. Some of the management are fine but I think they need to redo there contact and stick to what is says
Pros
Drivers
Cons
Money owed

So glad I made the change
Delivery Driver (Current Employee) - Exeter - 27 October 2021
So glad that I took the chance (despite rumours) to work in a booming sector. No shortage of work, and the rate of pay is extremely competitive. Self employment has given me the reigns over my schedule and finances, so has not been scary.
Pros
Good always outweighs bad. Friendly and helpful team. Job freedom. Enjoy driving
Cons
All weathers
