The company was extremely left wing, and if you aren’t, you’re made to believe you’re wrong. The metrics are unattainable, and you’re micromanaged like crazy. Job security? Nope.

Great Place to work

The atmosphere is compassionate and caring. The activities are awesome and the management steps in. Great food and fun having the residents participate in making snacks. Team work and Team building has been great progress to all staff. Very rewarding feeling working with our residents daily.

Not truthful up front!

Management was okay but they were not truthful during the interview process. They say unlimited PTO but only 1 or 2 people can take off at a time, how is that unlimited lol? Also they never close, I have not worked holidays since I was 20 so was not about to start. My parents don't live in the same state as me so I go to see them around Thanksgiving. They do not disclose this during interviews because most office professionals don't work holidays and they know people would more than likely run. The benefits were good but the pay needs to be better.

Management was absolutely awful.

Unless you are a party person this is not the place for you. I joined with the intent to explore a career in finance and auditing. Turns out I loved the job, unfortunately, the management was so bad I ended up quitting mid-season and this is coming from someone who worked at McDonald's for 3 years.

Very fast passed and not as consumer friendly

The atmosphere change at CeDAR and the goal became more about looking good than doing good. Many decision were not based on the client, but attracting a higher economy base of clients

Ambiente laboral excelente

Un dia tipico en el trabajo era muy productivo con un buen ambiente laboral con los compañeros del trbajo, aprendi demasiadas cosas ya que al ser en un idioma diferente la capcidad sensorial aumentaba, su cultura al ser extrema capitalista, se tornaba un trabajo productivo pero que lo hacia aprender a ser eficaz y rapido en las tareas.

fun atmosphere and workplace

a typical day at work was pretty even paced, it was my very first job so i learned A LOT of different things, management was amazing, workplace culture was amazing and it was very easy to get along with everybody, the hardest part of the job was heading home at the end of the day, the most enjoyable part of the job was everything.

Poorly managed and unorganized

Very stressful work environment. Seemed unnecessarily chaotic and communication was poor and inconsistent. Management was not on the same page at all.

Poor Management

I loved working there because I loved my Residents. I did not on the other hand like the work environment with Management. Poor communication skills through out.

Very poor mangement

I was pushed out the door by mangement because they didn't like me since I had my best intrest in the kids. They wanted to run the school like it is ran in china and we have things we need to follow in WI.
