1 star spa is disguised as a 5 star

Managers have favourites who they treat better than other staff. Managers ignore you as they are too busy fussing over the favourite staff. Not a nice place to work.

The people who suck up the managers get rewarded with promotions, raises, etc the other ones mean nothing. I worked in the spa. Worst place I ever worked on, supervisors lie to managers to not get in trouble, no hygiene standards as the same mitts are used for more than one guest, the same foot file is used for more than 1 guest, massage oils with mold in it, it rains inside the relaxing room whi...

Revenue driven, employee engagement and well being not great. Toxic culture if you are not part of the click!!! Senior management appear to dismiss concerns from employees depending on who they are. Some really hard workers but …Sadly unappreciated and under valued.
