They’ll look after you but heroic distances. you’ll be travelling most of the time. The training is good and lots of great opportunities to apply knowledge.

I had clear instructions/ training, remote help and full backup to finish my daily shift. I worked as a field engineer for this company, reasonable pay cheque. The project was challenging but was given flexibility and support to complete it on daily basis, kept me on toes, everyday was a new day & I enjoyed it.

Great place to work

Enjoyable easy and fun 🤩 can be long hours sometime but other than that it’s a great place to work and I’m enjoying it. If you like travelling and seeing new places all the time this might be the right job for you.

Not good company to work for

Every the agency lies alot I started as a trainee field engineer. They give me few days training and then left me in the deep end. You ask for help from your team leader. He will say call another person to help you.

Stressful with little or no training

Have been here for around a year. In that time I've had no training, none and have had to rely on experience from previous jobs to be able to do my job here. The pay is below industry standard, there is no progression plan and all benefits are statutory, holiday, sick pay, maternity and paternity. Overtime is paid at standard hourly rate. The staff turnover is huge, in the time I've been with the company I've seen 8 engineers leave.

Good energy about the business

My company was purchased by CEnnox in October 2019 so I don't have huge experience with them. Being locked down with teh COVID19 issue has kept me away from the head office and mainly at home. Before we were purchased we were a small businees with 5 staff and a large turnover. Now working for a much bigger company it is a different culture and things move a lot slower, which can be frustrating.

Great opportunities and a fast growing company

I've really enjoyed my time at Cennox. The company has grown quickly, which has presented a lot of opportunities for me and my colleagues. It's just the right size to make a difference and I love that I can make things better. Staff are treated fairly and trusted to do their job.

travel distance excessive salary not reviewed in 3 years bad planning engineers overlap each other, the notes for each can often be wrong. site parking a nightmare due to size of vehicle
