Good benefits
I mean it’s a very hard job mainly in housekeeping and food and beverage,Not great pay for what you do but you do get good benefits, and a lot of sick pay, it’s a very good job for security, it’s just very hard when you get bigger up and takes over your life

Great place to work
I love working as a housekeeper at Center parcs. It’s a great little job and is really enjoyable but it is very hard work and basically non stop (but not in a bad way) which makes your shifts fly in. Fits around my lifestyle, great benefits and pay and work with a great team and even free company transport to and from work

no progression
fine if you need to pay the bills but dont expect progression. always short staffed so will employ anyone. free hot drinks, uniform included. that's about it
Outdoor Instructor in Penrith

Fun and different everyday
Job was fun and everyday was different, there was a lot of different activies to work on which made each day feel different. But it is seasonal work and you only get Monday and Friday off and are expected to work weekends.
Forest Ranger in Penrith

Great workmates boring work
Don't mistake this for a forestry job. It's outside housekeeping and very slow. If you want action and job satisfaction this is not it. Everyone, no matter experience or qualifications, gets the same hourly rate. No pay bands on grounds
