A couple of team members/leaders don't do much just stand around gossiping and are busy looking busy and shopping on shift.When it's your time to leave they don't come to take you off as they're too busy looking busy and then get mad when you leave as you're not getting paid for extra.
Awful, they say that they care about mental health the senior management cause the mental health issues for their staff.
Canberra quick but can be slow depends on the day as its can vary but also change very quickly
Food Retail May 2022: Depending on the shop's location, it could be sometimes busy and sometimes extremely quiet. And since late 2021 (IMO), things are only getting worse for retail as a whole with budget cuts and blu tacked policies.
