What is the most stressful part about working at the company?

  • The shift management is annoying. Overtime is not managed well. I've never blamed my store manager. I think the company policy is geared towards fewer employees working as many hours as possible. Without the possibility of a regular working pattern it is difficult to navigate a good work-life balance.
