The shift management is annoying. Overtime is not managed well. I've never blamed my store manager. I think the company policy is geared towards fewer employees working as many hours as possible. Without the possibility of a regular working pattern it is difficult to navigate a good work-life balance.

Have a strong rota that is completed 3 weeks in advance. Offer bigger contracts to colleagues that work hard! Keep the talent.
