The shift management is annoying. Overtime is not managed well. I've never blamed my store manager. I think the company policy is geared towards fewer employees working as many hours as possible. Without the possibility of a regular working pattern it is difficult to navigate a good work-life balance.

A couple of team members/leaders don't do much just stand around gossiping and are busy looking busy and shopping on shift.When it's your time to leave they don't come to take you off as they're too busy looking busy and then get mad when you leave as you're not getting paid for extra.
