Joining Cera Care is like fulfilling an ambition.The most challenging aspect of my experience is using Map to navigate service users' homes but after my first day at work, it became easier and faster with shorter routes rather than using the Map and GPS.

Encouraging and supportive workplace

The staff are supportive and the office has an open door policy which is good to know you have somewhere you can go if you need help or support with something.Accommodate to my work/family balance with shifts.Great communication.I have enjoyed meeting service users

Productive and fun work place

My first day at work was a bit hectic. I learnt a whole lot and added more experience.The management is good. The hardest part of the job is walking from a clients house to another. The most enjoyable part is meeting with clients, taking care of them and seeing them happy and well.
