Upper managers have no clue

Area management and upper manager have no idea what they're doing don't care about the people that work for them constantly lie to you I had one manager tell me that my area manager wasn't the boss absolutely useless but the stuff there were absolutely great to work with it's a shame as the upper managers made it clear that happily run the players into the ground

sad and bad

Badly managed from the top - leadership deluded and promoting friends only. Keep getting told no bonus/no commissions even though dept making a lot of money. Very low salaries. Whole team is just demotivated and sad then we see the leader tell us how lucky we are to be here. Crazy decisions get made and backtracked on almost daily - total lack of direction nowVery sad how badly it is going here...
