72 questions about working at CeX
I know a lot of people - including myself - that didn't have a lot of knowledge about tech that got the job and worked for CeX. So long as it's something that interests you and you're willing to learn a lot of the questions customers ask are repetitive, easy to learn and remember how to answer, and mostly about CeX's policies and warrantys! It's also pretty encouraged to ask your colleagues - at the 3 CeX's I've worked in everyone was always very willing to help out when it came to recommendations or difficult questions about tech.

It depends on the value of the item, in my store one fella dropped an Iphone 11 and smashed the screen, he was required to pay for the damages but if its a low end item then not so much, same fella dropped a tomtom, smashed screen and it was written off and sent away for parts.

Dealing with certain items of the age rating of 18+ chances are low they will hire 15 year olds. Closer to 18 is most likely.
